St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital was built by the community for the community almost 60 years ago. It is an important part of the Toowoomba community fabric and has a well-earned reputation for being a place that exudes warmth and caring. But how do you capture this sentiment? That’s where Wonderkarma stepped in. We worked closely with the St Andrew’s team, spending time at the hospital to truly understand what makes this place so special. As a result we were able to articulate the brand essence and create a narrative that would resonate with both an internal and external audience.
