Meet the Wonderkin – Steve Schollum

A fine eye for detail and beauty is a prerequisite for showcasing the magic of our Wonder Room. Senior Art Director Steve (Scholly) is known for mastering these talents, crafting his passion to transform all concepts into impressive, award-winning designs and campaigns.

Scholly’s journey includes working at various creative agencies as well as being a sought-after freelancer. With over 30 years of experience, his extensive client knowledge and understanding has seen his creativity showcased across many industries including mining, fashion, education, insurance, banking, retail and entertainment. Scholly has been recognised in the industry multiple times, receiving several Brisbane Advertising and Design Club and Gold PICA awards.

When he is not navigating his way through the botanicals proudly displayed in this Wonder Room, you may spy Scholly in pursuit of the curious species of flora known as the Silver Fern. Of course, ‘Kiwi’ Scholly is an avid New Zealand Rugby Union All Blacks supporter.
